Tracee Ellis Ross is collaborating with JC Penney!  She posted the announcement of her partnership with JCPenney via Instagram. The line is a holiday collection and will be available at the department store starting on November 12. The fashion line is classy and totally affordable for those of us on a budget. Prices range from $9-$75, and sizes range from Small to 3X.
